Category Contribution to Guidance and Career Education
History This award was established in 1990 by the OSCA Board of Directors so that OSCA members may recognize achievements of people in their area who are deserving of this award.
The Certificate of Appreciation Award recognizes outstanding contribution to Guidance and Career Education in Ontario by individuals/groups who are community partners.
Criteria
- The recipient must not be an OSCA member.
- The recipient must have made a significant contribution to Guidance and Career Education.
- The award may be given to an individual or a group.
Procedure
- Nominations for this award must be submitted by an OSCA member
- The nomination must be seconded by another OSCA member
